CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS OF MY MIDDLE SCHOOL

Govt. Upper Primary School, Naripparamb, where I did my middle-schooling, is going to celebrate its centenary in 2010.

The centenary year gives us an opportunity to look back and celebrate the achievements of the first hundred years. It is also the time to make sure that the school is well-placed for the start of its next one hundred years.

GUPS, Naripparamb is very proud of its academic tradition over many years and it has always been regarded as an outstanding school of the locality. The school has played and continues to play a critical role in the development of Thiruvegappura, specifically in terms of providing the nation with "intellectuals with human values and ethics" from a Government school system.
